Code of Conduct:
Our code is derived from the values and standards set by our customers.
- It will be our earnest endeavour to meet all the aspects of our buyers’ code of conduct. We will only work with such factories which are approved by our buyers.
- Child labor: Use of Child labor will not be tolerated. We will not work with such business partners who employ workers lesser than 15 years of age. Further, no worker shall be younger than the mandatory school going age in the respective countries of operation. If the local law stipulates a higher minimum age than 15 years, then the more stringent limit shall be applicable.
- Forced labor:We will not work with any factory or organization which engages in forced or bonded labour.
- Disciplinary practices:We expect all our business partners to establish a clear disciplinary action procedure in line with the local law. We will not work with factories whose employees use abusive language, or practice corporal punishment, in the form of mental or physical abuse or any coercive practice in any form against workers.
Compliance Issues to be categorized as ZTV
Vogue Tailor is always maintain a strict Zero Tolerance Policy (ZTV) towards any violations of ethical and legal standards in our operations. We are fully committed to ensuring a safe, fair, and responsible work environment. The following compliance issues are categorized as Zero Tolerance Violations, and any breach will result in immediate action.

Forced labor
Discrimination
Harassment and Abuse
Unauthorized subcontracting including Tier 2 operations regardless of brands
Shared building unless approved by Head of Compliance (any other factory owned by different owner located in the same building) or factory located in building which has shops/markets
Factory building approved for residential purposes
Any unethical practice, such as bribery in the form of cash or kind to facilitate any process
Business Consequences
All forms of child labor are Zero-Tolerance violations. Vogue Tailor will take appropriate action against any suppliers who fail to comply with this policy or the applicable laws, which may include putting on hold any order with the suppliers until all parties reach an agreement on the remediation plan and until all remediation costs are settled.
